We’re on the hunt for a Boutique Manager to lead the flagship store for a fast-growing jewellery label making waves across Australia. Think globally inspired design, mindfully crafted collections, and a cult following that’s only getting stronger. This is your chance to take the reins in a business that’s scaling sustainably — and beautifully.
What you’ll be doing:
* Leading from the front to deliver an unforgettable in-store experience
* Building a high-performing, tight-knit team that lives and breathes the brand
* Styling, storytelling, and creating those magic customer moments
* Owning all things boutique ops — from stock flow to visual merchandising
* Driving sales, hitting KPIs, and celebrating the wins (big and small)
* Being the ultimate brand ambassador and local connector in the community
What you’ll bring:
* 3+ years' leadership experience in premium fashion, jewellery, or lifestyle retail
* A genuine love for styling, storytelling, and creating connection
* Proven success in sales performance, people leadership, and boutique operations
* Confidence in rostering, reporting, and stock management
* A hands-on, solutions-first mindset and meticulous attention to detail
