The Role

QPharma have a fantastic opportunity for an Office Administration Coordinator to join the team based in Eagle Farm, QLD.

In this role you will be required to provide administration support to the quality and production departments, and coordinate customer service activities. You will also support the Qpharma WHS Officer by ensuring compliance with our WHS policies and procedures and WHS legislation.

As such your strong customer service skills coupled with your excellent relationship management & communication skills will be key to your success.

What will you do:

* Order Management: Manage the full lifecycle of customer orders from PO receipt to final filing;
* Logistics & Export: Coordinate with freight agents and provide timely status updates to contract and export customer;
* Sales Administration: Generate accurate sales quotes, order confirmations, and invoices;
* Compliance: Assist in developing and implementing WHS plans to meet company objectives;
* Training & Induction: Identify training needs, provide guidance, and facilitate company inductions;
* Continuous Improvement: Provide administrative support to WHS representatives and help drive safety improvement initiatives.

What we are looking for:

* Prior experience working within an office-based Administration role;
* Strong customer focus and experience coordinating customer service activites;
* Experience and confidence using Microsoft office (Excel, Microsoft Word);
* High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
* Experience and/or high awareness of health and safety preferred but not essential.
