Senior Retail Leader Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and accomplished retail professional to fill a senior leadership role within our organization. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and contributing to the overall success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop a large team of sales associates (100+)
* Develop and deliver store retail plans that drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
* Ensure all aspects of the store are operating at a high level, including visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and auditing standards
* Provide exceptional customer service by being customer-obsessed and continually seeking to better understand diverse customers
* Drive a one-team culture that prioritizes team members' health, safety, and wellbeing
Requirements:
* Proven experience working in a fast-paced, complex environment
* Ability to inspire and energize teams to deliver results with pride
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
