Standalone Payroll Officer for a well-established business in Wollongong

This family-owned business has been established in the Illawarra for 5 decades; they are an industry-leading organisation that is committed to providing excellent service. They are seeking a standalone Payroll Officer to join the team in a FTC for 12-18 months.
Your new role
In this role, you will:
* Process end-to-end payroll for a small volume workforce
* Manage the entire payroll process and general tasks
* Identify process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency
* Calculate super, payroll tax, workers compensation, onboarding and offboarding
* Communicate with all levels of the business for payroll requirements
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience with Attaché is essential
* Strong communication skills, able to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels of the business
* Demonstrated experience with full function payroll
* Strong technical skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
