Salary range: $96,171 - $120,276 + superannuation, depending on skills and experience.

What we are looking for :
As we develop our new multi-million-dollar Community Hub, the Council seeks a Project Manager to oversee infrastructure projects for the Hub and existing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have experience with large-scale complex infrastructure projects, including servers, systems, and networks. Strong communication, procurement, and contract management skills are essential for collaboration with key stakeholders and vendors.
What your day will look like :
* Create and maintain project plans, including communication, responsibility, schedule, and budget.
* Lead requirements gathering and prioritization.
* Identify and resolve critical issues affecting project success.
* Prepare status reports on projects and issues.
* Lead meetings with internal teams and stakeholders.
What you’ll need for success :
* Experience in project management, business process improvement, problem resolution, change management, and vendor management.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in reporting and issue analysis.
* Knowledge of Corporate Systems and IT Infrastructure.
* Ability to lead teams and a commitment to continuous learning.
* Customer service orientation.
* Tertiary qualification (AQF 7 or above) in IT, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
* Qualifications in Project Management or relevant industry experience.
* Current Class C Driver's Licence.
What’s nice to have :
* Previous technical project leadership experience.
* Knowledge of Local Government operations.
