JJ's Branch Manager / Depot Manager - Somerton, you'll bring urgency, confidence, and a customer‐first mindset. You'll understand the bigger picture, set clear objectives and guide the team to deliver outstanding results every day.
What You'll Do
4. Lead and support a large, diverse team of 100+ employees
5. The ability to plan for growth, engage with the team and see it through
6. Deliver the overall operations strategy and drive ongoing improvement initiatives
7. Drive a high‐level safety and customer service culture
8. Support and motivate the team
9. Work well with other leaders within the business including sales, workshop, customer service and corporate head office
10. Ensure compliance with all policies, legal and regulatory requirements

12. The ability to prioritise, think laterally and make things happen
13. Degree qualified in Logistics, Engineering, Accounting or Business
