You will also be eligible salary packaging up to $15,900 per year, plus an additional $2,650 in Entertainment and Accommodation benefits. What We Are Looking For As a qualified Registered Nurse, you will have a strong background, or interest in, AOD and Mental Health, and a commitment to supporting young people dealing with these challenges. Extensive and proven experience in the provision of client-centred nursing care, working with individuals with complex problematic alcohol and substance use and/or mental health issues. Demonstrated ability to maintain empathy and compassion when working with young people experiencing symptoms and behaviours associated with AOD use, mental health problems, experience of trauma, or cognitive impairment, or a combination of these. Previous experience providing leadership and/or supervision to clinical staff (e.g. Registered Nurses, Counsellors, Treatment Facilitators) Demonstrated high level communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively liaise with a variety of stakeholders.
