* Support children's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development

* Observe, document, and report on children's progress and development
* Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
* Maintain accurate records, including attendance and incident reports
* Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations and centre policies
* Assist with daily routines such as meals, toileting, rest, and transitions
* Collaborate with colleagues to support a positive team culture
* Hold a completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
* Have Australian work rights
* Obtain a Working with Children Check before commencement
