The successful applicant's role will include:
- General administrative tasks throughout the office
- Manage day to day general office duties
- Data entry and filing
- Invoicing
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Taking bookings and liaising with customers
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft 365 including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Superior customer service and communication skills
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Able to work unsupervised and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn
- A positive attitude
- Available to work full time hours, Monday-Friday

**Salary**: $28.97 - $35.20 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

- Goulburn, NSW 2580: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
