The Role

You'll support business leaders with planning and forecasting activities as a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst.

This role is key to supporting effective operational decision-making within our cabinet, glass and stone manufacturing business and the wider Construction Services companies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide clear, accurate manufacturing cost analysis and performance reporting for confident operational decisions.
* Strengthen manufacturing finance practices by improving job costing accuracy and understanding profitability drivers.
* Work closely with operations, scheduling, procurement and finance to enhance budgeting, forecasting and day-to-day financial visibility.
* Investigate cost drivers across product lines and sites to highlight opportunities for improvement.
* Participate actively in transformation projects including process and system enhancements.
* Bolster capability in financial controls, labour/overhead allocation, variance analysis and overall cost efficiency.

Requirements

You are an analytical individual with a passion for translating complex data into actionable strategies.

You enjoy working in fast-paced environments, particularly where change and improvement are integral parts of the journey.

What You'll Bring:

* Experience in accounting, finance or analysis, preferably within manufacturing, engineering, FMCG, construction materials or related sectors.
* Expertise in forecasting, budgeting and performance reporting.
* Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills to communicate complex information to non-finance stakeholders effectively.
* Ability to collaborate with production teams and translate operational activities into financial impacts.
* Strong digital skills (Excel, ERP systems like D365) and ideally Power BI.
* Degree in Accounting or Finance and CA/CPA qualification.
* A structured problem-solving mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
