About the role:
This is a salaried position, in charge of all Warehouse Operations, working directly with and communicating with Management, assisting to grow and develop our services in Gympie and the surrounding areas.
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for
* Customer Service - modelling courteous and professional customer service at all times
* Warehouse - ensuring that all products are received, delivered and stored in a manner compliant with HACCP and Company policy
* Deliveries - ensuring customers get the right products in a friendly, timely manner
* WHS - assertively checking and prioritising safety of all warehouse workers/ delivery drivers; ensuring that all equipment & vehicles are operating in a safe and efficient manner for food delivery as well as road worthiness
* Housekeeping - maintaining a high level of personal presentation and cleanliness of the warehouse in general
About you:
* You will be hard-working, committed and passionate with a can-do attitude
* Physically fit, able to perform all manual tasks
* Average phone/ computer skills
* Good organisation and time management skills.
* The ability to multitask and excellent attention to detail, to ensure our customers get what they need, when they need it.
* Clear communication, both written & verbal, with strong interpersonal skills – the ability to create and build rapport with people from all demographics/levels.
* Able to work autonomously but also as a part of a larger team. Be able to problem solve "on the fly"
* Awareness and understanding of HACCP & WH&S regulations
* Sharing feedback, insights and opportunities with management team
