Moranbah Golf Club Incorporation, are looking to employ a Head Chef in a fulltime position for a fixed term.
Must have a least 5 years experience as head Chef, with the ability to oversee the operations of all culinary operations along with staff management, ensuring the delivery of exceptional dining experience for our members and guest.
You will be required to create and execute high quality seasonal menus, that showcase your culinary expertise and cater for a diverse preferences of our patrons.
Manage and lead a team of talented chefs and kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow and maintaining the highest standards of food preparation, presentation and service.
Oversee the procurement of quality ingredients, monitor inventory, and implement cost-effective measures to optimize operational efficiency.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies that enhance the clubs dining experience and reputation.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and food hygiene regulation.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
