CPC Engineering is seeking an experienced
Site Services Manager
to lead and coordinate site services maintenance and construction activities across our Goldfields operations, based in Kalgoorlie.
This is a key leadership position, responsible for ensuring site works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Reporting to the Divisional Manager, you will take ownership of CPC's site services scopes of work, ensuring resources are effectively planned and managed, budgets and KPIs are achieved, and safety remains the number one priority.
You will also :
 * Oversee and coordinate daily site services maintenance and construction activities.
 * Plan, allocate, and monitor resources including personnel, equipment, and materials.
 * Provide leadership, supervision, and support to site personnel, supervisors, and trades.
 * Develop and manage workforce rosters, schedules, and project milestones.
 * Maintain strong client, subcontractor, and supplier relationships, representing CPC at site and client meetings.
 * Identify opportunities for additional work and expansion of CPC's services on existing sites.
 * Manage budgets, track costs, and provide timely financial and progress reporting.
 * Oversee procurement and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
 * Lead a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with WHS legislation, Mines Regulations 2022, and CPC safety systems.
 * Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments, ensuring incidents and hazards are reported and closed out.
 * Promote innovation, continuous improvement, and best practice across site operations.
What you will bring to the role:
 * Trade qualification or higher.
 * Minimum 5 years' experience at Site Supervisor level or above.
 * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
 * Ability to read and interpret contracts and technical drawings.
 * Sound knowledge of Work, Health & Safety and Mines Regulations 2022.
 * Strong skills in planning, scheduling, cost control, and safety management.
 * Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor and develop teams.
