Job Title: Site Services Supervisor
Supervise and direct operations within site services for construction projects. Ensure assigned performance is following specifications, schedules, and budgets.
* Implement project ES&H and quality control programs.
* Coordinate craft activities and supervise subordinate contractor services.
* Enforce safe work practices and coordinate safety training.
* Plan craft manpower and interface with Industrial Relations.
* Oversight of site services crews for personnel, support, equipment, tools, and consumables.
Education and Experience Requirements:
* 10 years of related large industrial construction project experience.
* 5 years of supervisory experience in a site services function role.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Knowledge of construction operations at the jobsite.
* Understanding of Bechtel's Environmental, Safety & Health (ES&H) Core Processes.
* Knowledge of Bechtel's Standard Work Process Procedures (SWPPs).
* Computer literacy in word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
* Familiarity with current industry quality standards and applicable code requirements.
