Role Overview
We are looking for a premium and experienced business leader to join our Hype DC Canberra Civic store! As the Store Manager you will play a critical role delivering and executing the brand vision, establishing a high-performance culture within your store, creating memorable moments for both internal and external customers and achieving operational excellence.
Who You Will Work With
As a business leader, you work collaboratively with your Area Manager, State Manager and the in‐store team to deliver a people‐first culture, maximise sales growth in your business all whilst accelerating your personal career growth in a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
* Create a people‐first culture and environment by empowering and developing talent within your team.
* Passionate about creating a world‐class team and a magical vibe within the store.
* Running a multimillion‐dollar store you will be required to drive our financial sales goals and metrics.
* Deliver on the brand vision and strategy.
* Be on the floor 80% of your week, ensuring the customer is at the core of everyday business decisions and we provide memorable experiences 100% of the time.
* Provide coaching, support, and feedback to drive results.
* Recruitment, selection and onboarding of all new team members within your store.
* Deliver a seamless omni‐channel experience to our consumer in‐store.
* Ensure your store shows up as best in class through visual merchandising excellence.

Qualifications
* A team player who strives for excellence across sales, operations and team development.
* Experience and passion for delivering best‐in‐class experiences.
* A coach who can motivate, inspire, and level up a large team of brand ambassadors.
* Minimum of 3‐5 years of experience in a premium, fast‐paced retail environment, with a proven record in driving sales and KPI targets.
* A leader with a motivated & driven 'Make it Happen' attitude.
* Strategic thinker, able to identify opportunities for future growth.
* Experience in effectively managing rosters, achieving cost efficiency metrics.
