Job Description:
As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the administrative tasks associated with construction projects. This includes preparing subcontractor packages, reviewing and negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
You will work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
This is a challenging role that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
