Our Support Worker at Peak Care Services are responsible for the provision of person/ family-centred support services that empower people with disability to achieve their potential and live the life they choose.
Our Support Worker works under limited supervision with readily available assistance. Employees need to demonstrate person-centred and positive approach to supporting and empowering customers.

Shifts available - Ongoing shifts, 24/7 roster, 6-8 hours shift, Morning, Afternoon, Evening, Sleepover.
Compliance requirements
* Australian citizen or has Right to Work in Australia (must)
* Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Personal Care or above
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (must)
* First Aid Certificate HLTAID011 or HLTAID012 (must)
* CPR Certificate HLTAID009 (must)
Experience:
* Minimum 1 year experience as a Disability Support Worker
* Experience working in SIL house (preferred)
* Experience assisting complex clients with behavioural issues
Other certifications:
* NDIS Orientation Certificate )
* COVID-19 Infection Control )
* Manual Handling Certificate (or willing to obtain)
* Medication Certificate (highly desirable)
* Basic Food Handling Certificate (or willing to obtain)
* Experience with Infection Control & Waste Management
