About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager/Installation Manager to oversee and grow our rental locker business. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage both operational and strategic aspects of the business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead, allocate, and supervise a team of customer service, installation, and maintenance staff, ensuring high productivity and quality.
2. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
3. Oversee the bespoke rental portal for smooth operations and timely service delivery.
4. Manage schedules for installation and maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
5. Oversee installation projects from start to finish for both rental and manufacturing operations.
6. Ensure all works meet safety standards, operational guidelines, and customer expectations; address issues promptly.
7. Maintain accurate records of installations, customer feedback, and maintenance schedules for reporting.
8. Provide updates to senior management and contribute to business reports.
Skills & Experience
1. Practical analytical approach to problem solving to ensure timely work completion.
2. Proven experience in operations management, preferably within a similar field.
3. Ability to manage and motivate internal and third-party teams for high performance and customer satisfaction.
4. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to installations.
