About the Role:
This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced Tenancy Officer to join our team in managing a residential tenancy portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with current legislation, conducting routine inspections, coordinating and supporting tenants through property management processes, and maintaining accurate records.
The ideal candidate will have minimum 1-3 years of experience in property management, a valid property management licence, excellent communication and negotiation skills, high level of empathy, and solid computer skills.
Responsibilities:
* Manage a property portfolio in line with current legislation
* Complete routine inspections
* Coordinate and support tenants through property management processes
* Maintain accurate records, files, and documents
Requirements:
* Minimum 1-3 years of experience in property management
* Valid property management licence
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* High level of empathy
* Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite
