About the Role
We're looking for a results-driven BDM to join our team and help shape the future of Pharmacy This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting healthcare professionals and facilities, expanding our customer base, and driving business growth within this vital industry.
Responsibilities
* Manage & Grow Relationships:
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, ensuring high-quality service and support.
* Identify New Opportunities:
Seek out new business opportunities within the Retail Pharmacy and Hospital market to drive growth.
* Travel & Connect:
Regularly meet with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
* Present Solutions:
Implement ParagonCare solutions, including Vantage/Imprest services, to enhance customer operations.
* Achieve Sales Targets:
Meet and exceed sales and margin targets for your assigned territory.
* Monitor & Adjust:
Keep track of customer stock levels, ensuring supply aligns with demand.
* Provide Reports & Planning:
Regularly report progress and update your Territory Plan to ensure success.
* Participate in National Initiatives:
Engage in marketing campaigns and national account activities.
* Stay Informed:
Keep up to date with market trends and customer needs, sharing insights with the team.
Qualifications
* Proven sales success and a strong track record of achieving targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
* Experience in healthcare or Retail Pharmacy is a plus, but not essential.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and computer skills.
* A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
