Chandler Macleod is seeking an experienced Learning Design Specialist to support a major client in delivering training materials for a key security uplift project within their Customer Contact Centre.
About the Role
You'll design and develop engaging learning content including facilitator guides, digital materials, assessments and induction content, working closely with SMEs, frontline leaders and capability specialists. This role will help uplift capability and confidence across frontline teams.
Hybrid working applies, with onsite presence recommended during the first week.
What You'll Bring
* 4+ years in Learning/Instructional Design (contact centre experience highly regarded)
* Strong knowledge of adult learning principles & human‐centred design
* Experience developing digital and face‐to‐face learning materials
* Ability to analyse learning needs & measure effectiveness
* Strong stakeholder engagement, project management & adaptability
