- Previous experience in Risk Management in a complex organisation
- Ability to provide specialist advice on Program Risk Management
- Ability to solve complex problems and manage issues to support delivery of capability, including understanding of the technical, operational and logistical requirements for LC4 Program Management;
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate highly effectively with internal and external stakeholders;
- Experience working in a complex stakeholder system;
