The Position:
Reporting to and working closely with the Partners, you will oversee the operational direction and day to day running of what is a medium sized, specialist law firm. This will include:
* Lead the day-to-day operations of the firm.
* Oversee finance, HR, IT, risk and administration functions.
* Implement and monitor reporting structures and processes.
* Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
* Facilitate strategic initiatives and firm wide business development activities.
* Maintain and strengthen the firm's collaborative culture.
