Automotive Operations Management Position
We are currently offering an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, experienced, and enthusiastic individual to join our organisation as an Automotive Workshop & Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading the sales team to provide defined value propositions to existing customers and recruit new ones.
* Defining value propositions and commercial conditions of networks based on market conditions.
* Ensuring high-quality levels of services according to central standards.
* Developing consulting concepts based on KPIs, data analysis, and benchmarks.
* Establishing and improving workshop consulting and consultant training processes.
* Managing franchisee evaluation, selection, and certification, as well as supervising their performance.
* Supporting business development by bringing in new opportunities.
* Planning marketing and communication campaigns.
The ideal candidate should have relevant tertiary qualifications, high potential to be developed as a National Franchise Manager, and the willingness to learn and progress. They should also have experience in leading a team, proven training skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire others.
A systematic, analytical, and constructive approach to problem-solving is essential, as is the ability to analyse financial reports and determine actions to improve results. Strong stakeholder engagement, management, and presentation skills are also required, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Possessing a high level of emotional intelligence and being a great listener is crucial. The ability to develop, deliver, and display brand integrity is also necessary.
