We are seeking an Entry-Level Administrator to join our established Fleet and Operations teams to provide crucial support with a variety of Administration tasks across both departments.
Camlin Investments is one of the largest privately owned Cryogenic Transport company in Australia. Delivering Dangerous Goods across all states, and employing over 50 permanent staff, we have fleet and driver assets based all over the country.
The Role will provide general day to day admin support to both teams, and duties will include:
* Front of House duties including answering phone calls, taking messages, greeting and assisting visitors
* Management of PPE and Uniforms ensuring adequate stock. Assembly and dispatch of equipment to current and new employees. Conducting regular stocktakes
* Review of Pre-Starts and Daily Visual Inspections
* Data Entry support using company software
* Driver and Supplier communications
* Management of Weighbridge Operations including cleaning and daily checks
* Accommodation booking for Drivers / Drop offs and collections from repairers (Ability to drive manual gearbox an advantage)
* General Office Management (Stationary Orders / Post collection / General Office Tidying) and other ad hoc duties
