Position Summary
Reporting to the Head of Sales, the NBM plays a pivotal role in accelerating growth across Metcash, Independents, P&C (Petrol & Convenience), Costco, and alternative channels such as vending, distributors, export, foodservice and wholesale. This role is accountable for executing a multi-channel sales strategy that expands Healthier Tastier Foods' market presence, drives sustainable revenue, and builds long-term commercial partnerships.
Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, or a related field.
* Experience: Proven experience in a similar role or ready to step up, preferably within the FMCG Food and beverage and or health and wellness industry managing Independents, Costco, Wholesale, Foodservice, Export and or alternative channels.
Skills
* Proven track record of growing sales within existing and new channels.
* Able to build strong relationships with existing and new customers.
* Strong understanding of account management principles.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Leadership skills: Help lead, support and develop other team members.
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across multiple categories and or retailers.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to identify sales growth opportunities.
* Strong Financial Acumen and ability to manage account sales and profitability through effective budgeting, forecasting, and cost management practices.
* Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and or Google sheets and Google Slides.
* Experience with brining new products to market and understanding of the product development process.
