The Role
Due to ongoing growth over the past 5 years, my client/'s team has expanded and they have promoted their fantastic office administrator into the Property Management team. With this, they are now seeking their next customer service Superstar with a passion for Real Estate
- Face and voice of the business, taking and directing calls to relevant staff members
- Supporting the Accounts team with administration/data entry & paying bills and Property Management team with PM admin
- Overflow sales admin/holiday cover & backup office admin
- Arrange meeting rooms, coffee orders & office events
- General reception duties including stock control and keeping the area tidy and presentable.
About You
- Have a keen interest in Real Estate.
- Open to growing and progressing from an admin position through the ranks
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Computer literate and strong administration skills
- Team player – down to earth – accountability and a sense of humor
