Security Clearance Required for this role: * Must have a Negative Vetting 1 (NV1) security * Current OSA clearance highly desirable * Must be an Australian Citizen * Mon to Fri - office hours We have an exciting role for a Project Controller to lead the planning and risk management processes for complex projects. You'll play a critical role in ensuring project success by collaborating with key stakeholders, including the Design Authority and Project Manager, to deliver outstanding project outcomes. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain project work breakdown structures and deliverables lists. * Implement and oversee project scope management processes. * Create and manage a resource-loaded project master schedule using Microsoft Project. * Conduct weekly updates, quality analysis, and performance reporting based on schedule data. * Identify variances between baseline and actual project metrics and manage capacity scenarios. * Manage the project risk management process, maintain the risk register, and ensure alignment with the master schedule. * Support earned value management (EVM) processes, including relevant coding and reporting. * Contribute to the improvement of core project processes such as scheduling, scope, and risk management. What We're Looking For: * Tertiary qualifications in project management, finance, engineering, business administration, or a related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Scheduler in complex ICT delivery projects. * Proven experience with earned value management, risk analysis, and EVM reporting. * Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Primavera, OPP, or similar scheduling tools. * Strong analytical and data skills with the ability to produce clear project performance reports. * Familiarity with project finance processes, data analytics, and Power BI. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
