Job Description:
Lead Integrity Engineer is responsible for managing the pressure equipment integrity program to maximize safety outcomes.
This role involves overseeing an efficient program that includes piping inspection, pressure vessel inspections, corrosion integrity management, and pressure relief valve reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a pressure equipment integrity program to ensure maximum safety outcomes.
* Oversee fixed asset (pressure equipment) integrity programs onsite, including piping programs, pressure vessel inspections, corrosion integrity management, and pressure relief valve reviews.
* Provide technical oversight, including review, evaluation, and execution of programs.
* Drive continuous improvement through performance KPIs and recommend follow-up repairs or maintenance.
* Conduct fitness-for-service evaluations on in-service equipment and troubleshoot root causes of failures.
* Ability to learn and adapt to an agile and flexible working environment and stay up-to-date with latest industry developments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree in mechanical, chemical, or materials engineering discipline.
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in oil & gas, refining, petrochemical, LNG, or related industries.
* Experience in inspection, integrity engineering, in-service inspection, fitness for service, materials & corrosion engineering, non-destructive evaluation, and risk-based inspection.
* Strong communication, leadership, and business judgment skills.
* Good interpersonal and influencing skills.
* Broad knowledge of industry codes and standards.
