We are seeking an experienced AV Network & Systems Coordinator to manage operational activities across Event IT and Network Services, ensuring high-quality delivery. The role includes planning and designing event network solutions, providing IT advice for complex events, liaising with client IT teams, and supporting Sales and Planning in developing technical solutions within the Network and Digital Systems domain. It combines office-based planning with hands‐on technical support, including coordinating and assisting crews with equipment setup and operation.
About the Role
Plan, design, implement, and support event network solutions aligned with client requirements.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery.
Rostering of crew allowing for appropriate event coverage and support.
Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot AV network infrastructure to maintain optimal performance.
Provide clear guidance to technicians, service managers, and coordinators on equipment operation.
Ensure all equipment is maintained in a show‐ready state and complies with AMAF standards.
Flexibility to work outside standard business hours, including weekends, is essential.
About you
Proven experience in event production, with a focus on planning technical elements such as networking, telecommunications, and delivery for corporate events.
Strong knowledge of event‐based network technologies, including:
* VLAN configuration
* LAN technologies
* Wi‐Fi networks
* Routing and switching setup and support
Working knowledge of multiple operating systems, protocols, and software.
Current Construction Card and EWP license are essential.
