About The Role
Sake Restaurant & Bar Hamer Hall, we're looking for an experienced sushi chefs. someone who can man the sushi section. fillet fish, sashimi, nigiri, and rolls.

What We Are Looking For
* Strong understanding of Japanese produce, culinary techniques, and kitchen equipment.
* Engage in general or specialized cooking, butchering, baking or pastry cooking duties.
* Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Ensure compliance with WH&S procedures.
* Understanding of food and safety standards.
* Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
