Currently, we are looking for a Service Desk L1 professional to assist our clients on a full-time project based in the Philippines/India.
Job Description
* Installation & uninstallation of applications
* Active Directory administration
* Basic understanding of PC hardware set‐up and configuration.
* Desk‐side support and PC break/fix, including basic administration of Windows OS and Mac OS.
* Knowledge of Active Directory, messaging, user profile administration, remote troubleshooting, and application installation.
* Experience as a Technical Support Executive / System or Network Administrator with hands‐on experience in large & complex setups.
* Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, especially Windows 10, Windows 7.
* Experience troubleshooting Outlook within a network environment (permissions, calendar sharing, delegation, Windows laptops & Mac books, desktop, MFD, mobile & tablets).
* Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
* Good written and oral communication skills with clients and management; strong interpersonal skills.
* Ability to meet deadlines and complete tasks on time.
* Certifications such as MCP and ITIL are desirable but not mandatory.
* Knowledge and experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.).
Non‐Technical Skills
* Strong oral and written communication.
* Ability to interact and work with customers at different levels.
* Self‐driven and result oriented.
* Passionate about the work.
* Local language knowledge preferred.
* Fluent in Mandarin / Korean / Japanese.
* Studied/Worked in South Korea is a plus.
* Proficient reading & writing in English.

8:00 AM – 6:00 PM PHT (Philippine time)
