About Your Role
Are you ready to shape the future of one of the most dynamic supply chain networks in the region? We’re looking for a visionary Director of People & Culture to lead our Customer Service and Supply Chain (CSSC) function across Australia and the Pacific — a community of 2,500+ employees across 15 manufacturing and distribution sites.

As a key member of the APAC People & Culture Leadership Team, the Global CSSC P&C Community, and the CSSC Executive Leadership Team, you’ll:
* Craft and execute a multi-year people strategy aligned with our global vision and local ambitions.
* Partner with senior leaders to shape a high-performing, inclusive, and future-ready workforce.
* Lead and inspire a team of experienced P&C Business Partners across the region.
* Champion culture, capability, and change, ensuring our people thrive through transformation and growth.
What You Will Be Doing
* Build and deliver a people strategy that attracts, retains, and develops top talent.
* Collaborate globally and regionally to align initiatives with strategic priorities.
* Provide executive coaching and strategic advice to senior leaders.
* Drive workforce planning, leadership development, and organisational change.
* Lead workforce optimisation and labour cost benchmarking programs.
* Partner with Centres of Expertise to shape and deploy impactful people initiatives.
* Navigate complex employee relations and industrial relations matters with confidence and care.

* 10+ years in senior People & Culture leadership roles.
* Proven experience partnering with executive teams in complex environments.
* Deep understanding of supply chain or manufacturing operations.
* Strong grasp of employment law and industrial relations.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
* A data-driven mindset and a passion for people and performance.
* A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
