We are accredited Kenworth and DAF dealers, supporting sales, service and parts plus Pac Lease Rental and Leasing.
In addition to the Kenworth and DAF brands and full service dealers for the extensive range of PACCAR, Cummins and CAT truck engines, as well as Dana, Meritor, Eaton, Wabco, Knorr-Bremse and SAF-Holland commercial vehicle technologies.

Build and maintain relationships within the Paccar franchise and dealer network, advocating with the distributor on behalf of the dealership and providing guidance aimed at improving the brand and franchise.
Develop strong "hands on" relationships with key customers
Lead, motivate and support a large team within a demanding environment
Foster a positive and productive work environment
Champion a positive and proactive safety culture within the team
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Manage and monitor budgets, financial records and inventory levels
Develop and implement business strategies to achieve profitability and customer satisfaction targets
Ensure compliance with company policy and Hallam Truck Centre operational guidelines
Ensure regular staff performance reviews are conducted and training & development provided as appropriate What we are looking for
An experienced and professional Business Manager with a track record of successfully operating a business with a sound understanding of the heavy trucking industry
Previous experience in a senior management role would be an advantage
Demonstrated experience managing a team of senior leaders
A driven leader with a strong commitment to building a positive team culture & engagement
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
High level of professionalism and business acumen
Excellent negotiation and people management skills
