We are seeking experienced Lifeguards with a knack for problem solving and great customer service to join our team on a part-time basis.
The Role
As a Permanent Part-Time Lifeguard, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the member experience and keeping our destination safe. You will build great relationships with our members and provide supervision over the aquatics space, identifying and responding to potential risks in and around the water. This role will also see you managing water quality and plant room functions.

About You
You will be a team player, natural communicator and have a strong commitment to the safety and well-being of our local community.
In addition, you will meet the following criteria:
* Willingness and ability to obtain Pool Lifeguard licence, First Aid & CPR Certificates (training agreement available)
* Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
* Strong communication and customer service skills
Desirable
* Pool Lifeguard licence
* Previous lifeguard / SLSC experience
Our successful candidate is willing to requalify annually in all Lifeguard specific competencies and annually (paid for by us)
The fine print
* Flexible hours and days are required for this role. Shifts range from open (4:45am) to close (8pm).
* Only candidates with current Australian work rights will be considered.
