Well Established Local City Council looking for an experienced Change Analyst Your new company You will be part of a well-established local city council located in Melbourne southeast suburbs within their Transformation and Technology Division. Your new role Support the preparation and execution of the change management process, completing the standard change management documents aligned to the project method ensuring: Change risk is assessed and monitored, including customer impact & experience assessment. Actionable and targeted change management plans are developed in line with the outputs from requirements gathering workshops. Adoption of success measures are to be developed, tracked and reported. Customer and employee experience and impacts are identified to drive customer focused conversations with project owners. Partner with project colleagues to coordinate and implement change management efforts and delivery, to achieve adoption. Change readiness assessments are conducted, data is analysed and utilised to recommend approaches to increase engagement and adoption of change. Partner with Strategic Communications, PCD and L&D specialists in the formulation of particular plans and activities to support project implementations and adoption Collect and analyse data to contribute to a continued refinement and delivery of a comprehensive view of change and capacity impacts to the organisation.
