Our business is embarking on a new growth phase, and we are seeking an experienced Installation Manager to oversee the installation of custom kitchens.
About the Role
* Manage and coordinate all aspects of kitchen installation, ensuring seamless project flow.
* Supervise installation teams, subcontractors, and trades to deliver high-quality results.
* Conduct site inspections, verify measurements, and troubleshoot technical issues as required.
* Act as a point of escalation for any issues arising during installations and resolve problems efficiently.
* Ensure all installations meet company standards, building codes, and client expectations.
* Liaise with clients and factory teams to deliver smooth project execution.
* Develop schedules, manage timelines, and ensure projects are completed on time.
* Manage site documentation, variations, and installation reporting.
About You
* Qualified Cabinet Maker or Shopfitter with a strong understanding of cabinetry construction, hardware, and installation techniques.
* Minimum 3–5 years' experience in kitchen installations or related joinery/fit-out work.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
* Strong leadership abilities and a current manual driver's license; owning tools is an advantage.
