This is a unique opportunity for a skilled supervisor to join our hospitality group in Bathurst and take on a leadership role. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing rosters, training staff, and ensuring excellent guest experiences across multiple settings.
Responsibilities
* Manage employee rosters to ensure adequate staffing levels
* Train and develop staff to improve their skills and performance
* Ensure that all food and beverage services meet high standards of quality and presentation
* Monitor and maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the operation
* Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Prior supervisory experience in food and beverage, preferably in a hospitality environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage staff and interact with guests
* A passion for delivering excellent service and exceeding customer expectations
* The ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
