Speech Pathology Specialist
This is an exciting opportunity to join our multidisciplinary team as a senior clinical specialist. As a skilled Speech Pathologist, you will provide high-quality services to patients with voice, swallowing, and upper airway disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver specialized speech pathology services to patients referred for assessment and management of voice, swallowing, and upper airway disorders.
* Collaborate closely with the ENT Clinical Lead Speech Pathologist to develop and implement treatment plans.
* Contribute to service development and hold a leadership portfolio within the team.
* Play an active role in mentoring junior staff and students from the University of Tasmania's Master of Speech Pathology program.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in a relevant field of Speech Pathology, competence in instrumental assessments such as VFSS, FEES, nasendoscopy, and/or videostroboscopy, and a commitment to evidence-based practice and multidisciplinary collaboration.
