Childcare Administrator | Seymour
Journey Early Learning is seeking an enthusiastic, passionate, and experienced Administrator to join our brand-new Centre Journey Early Learning | Seymour.
This is a Permanent Part-time opportunity, across 37.5 hours a week. 30 hours for administrative support and ideally 7.5 hour for supporting on the floor.

We're thrilled to announce the opening of our brand-new childcare centre in Seymour, set to open in March 2025. With 126 places available for children aged 0-5 years, our centre is designed to provide a warm, family-oriented environment where children can grow, learn, and explore. Nestled in a beautiful and vibrant area, the centre features modern, purpose-built spaces that support both educational and emotional development. As our new Administrator, you will hold a pivotal place in our Centre Leadership Team and support your Centre Manager in the building an exceptional centre.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times
Creating weekly rosters, ensuring that budgets are being met
Review reports to ensure smart business decisions with your Centre Leadership team
Dropbox archiving and document management
Review and collate Google reviews and parent feedback
Review and report daily attendance records
Manage maintenance requests
Event and activity planning and coordination
Record keeping and compliance
CRM data integrity and analysis
Who are you?
You are an experienced Administrator with a strong eye business acumen, compliance and the ability to build strong connections with your peers.
**Key skills and requirements**:
Current Valid Working with Children Check
Ideally a Diploma in Early Childcare
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
Strong CRM and database experience
Confidence working within the Microsoft office Suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
