Hawksworth is proud to be searching for a Digital Marketing Manager to join a team of established marketers focused on driving campaign results.
**About The Role**: 
This team prides itself on quality over quantity, so you will only be responsible for working on up to 10 brands simultaneously. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the broader team on account strategy while taking ownership of implementation.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with SMEs across the business and external partners. 
- Develop and implement paid campaigns for up to 25 clients (only working with 8-10 clients simultaneously). 
- Develop and implement digital ad campaigns across Facebook, Google, Bing Adroll, Pinterest, and Instagram. 
- Ensure monthly KPIs and targets are on track and being achieved. 
- Develop and report monthly content and ad strategies.
**Key Experience Required**:
- 3 + Years of experience within a similar position. 
- Previous experience implementing paid campaigns is a MUST. 
- Experience with B2B, B2C, and eCommerce brands. 
- Prior experience developing paid strategy while making ongoing adjustments to see the best result. 
- Experience managing paid budgets.
