About the Role
Knight Frank Central Coast is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Property Manager - Facilities and Maintenance to join our Property Management team based in Gosford. This role will contribute to the delivery of high-quality management of key commercial buildings across the Central Coast.
This position is responsible for actioning maintenance activities across Knight Frank Central Coast's North Portfolio. You'll work closely with property managers, trades, tenants, and owners with hands-on support, and maintenance of assets within the portfolio.
The key focus of this role is to ensure that these assets are managed in a safe, efficient, and inviting manner. This includes ensuring management of overall repair and maintenance management, administrative duties, tenancy matters, tenancy fit outs and compliance matters.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist in arranging property inspections and reporting on building conditions
* Coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and service contracts with trades and contractors
* Obtain quotes, raise and track work orders, and process invoices for approval
* Support the management of security, access control, evacuation, and safety systems
* Respond to phone and email enquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Ensure compliance with WH&S policies, including hazard identification and safety management
* Maintain accurate records and reporting using Re-Leased property management software
* Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, tenants, and contractors
* Source and engage new trades or contractors as needed
About You
* Strong organisational, time-management and problem-solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication with a high attention to detail
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
* Confidence using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
* A proactive mindset and a genuine interest in the property industry
* Previous property management or real estate experience (advantageous but not essential)

* Certificate of Registration or current Real Estate Licence
* Current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
