At least 5+ years' experience in an ICT Network Engineering role at level 2 hands-on capacityDemonstrated experience and understanding of ICT Infrastructure including LAN, WIFI and servers and systemsExperience in wired and wireless LAN/WAN networking technologies deployments and troubleshootingWell-developed understanding of service management principles and procedures, ICT service strategies and lifecycle plansUnderstanding of key network and systems security best practice principlesAbility to demonstrate previous experience in working in a project teamExperience in a managed service provider environment is highly regardedImplementation: Oversee the deployment and configuration of network infrastructure componentsTesting: Create and execute test plans to validate network designs and configurationsDocumentation: Produce and maintain comprehensive documentation, including as-built designs and network diagramsSupport: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for network-related issues, ensuring minimal downtimeCollaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align network designs with business objectivesStrong communication and customer service skills are a mustAdvanced organization, prioritization and problem-solving skillsFluency in spoken and written EnglishWhy is this an exciting opportunity?
