As a Payroll Officer, you will ensure accurate and efficient payroll processing for a diverse workforce.
About The Role
Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple entities.
Ensure accurate salaries, wages, superannuation, and deductions in compliance with legislation and Enterprise Agreements.
Utilise SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) for payroll management and data integrity.
Collaborate with Finance and other stakeholders for seamless operations.
Contribute to payroll process improvements.
Participate in non-payroll activities during off-cycle weeks.
Report to a supportive leader within a flat team structure.

About You
Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing, ideally with complex Enterprise Agreements.
Deep expertise in SuccessFactors EC and ECP.
Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, taxation, and superannuation.
Attention to detail and data accuracy.
Excellent communication skills.
Proactive mindset, willing to contribute beyond core duties during non-pay weeks.
