We operate two thriving retail shops, in Caulfield South and St Kilda — and we’re looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our operations and take us into our next stage of growth. As General Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our entire business. You’ll work closely with the founders and members of the management team to implement systems and oversee the week-to-week running of the business, from kitchen production to retail shop performance. Key Responsibilities: Leadership and strategy Operations management Team and workforce management Customer and supplier relations Business performance and innovation Essential: Minimum 3 years’ experience in an operational management role, hospitality or otherwise. Strong organizational skills Proficient computer skills, including Google Workspace, Xero, Square, etc. Proven ability to manage and lead large teams. Robust understanding of rostering, labor management, and cost control. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. Ability to work strategically but stay involved in day-to-day operations. Strong communication and organizational skills.
