Position Summary

We’re seeking a dedicated Administration Officer to join the Switch/Reception Team at The Maitland Hospital. Play a crucial role in ensuring smooth access, communication and support across the entire facility.

Responsibilities

- Deliver friendly, efficient telephony and reception services
- Provide outstanding customer support to patients, visitors and staff
- Assist with live patient data after hours to keep everyone in the right place at the right time
- Support the Emergency Department administratively

- Essential: Flexibility to work on a 24/7 rotating roster including nights & weekends
