Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pharmacist at our Croydon, VIC location. The Pharmacist will be responsible for providing expert pharmaceutical advice and services, dispensing medications accurately, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards, and delivering exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include maintaining inventory, supporting the professional development of team members, and promoting health services and solutions to our valued customers.
Qualifications
* Proven skills in dispensing medications and pharmaceutical knowledge
* Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to regulatory guidelines
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to assist customers effectively
* Team collaboration skills and the ability to support and mentor colleagues
* Relevant degree in Pharmacy and registration as a Pharmacist with the applicable regulatory authority
* Understanding of pharmacy operational procedures and inventory management practices
* Commitment to providing outstanding customer care and health advice
* Experience in community pharmacy or retail pharmacy is advantageous
