Job Title: Customer Service Manager


About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and customer service focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Manager at Harvey Norman Fountain Gate.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for managing customer repairs and servicing, ensuring that our customers receive outstanding service and experience.


Main Responsibilities

1. Manage customer repairs and servicing, including tagging faulty products and liaising with service agents and suppliers.
2. Keep our customers updated on the status of their repairs and ensure timely completion while providing exceptional customer service.
3. Assist with department admin duties, including processing invoices, claims, and reconciliations, and reporting.
4. Run weekly reports for repairs/service jobs as required by management.
5. Advise customers of stock arrivals and organise delivery as requested.
6. Maintain a high level of Health and Safety awareness.


About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. Experience working in a customer-focused retail business or similar environment.
2. A strong track record of providing excellent customer service and communication skills.
3. The ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage your own workflow with great organisational and prioritisation skills.
4. Familiarity with Australian Consumer Law (desirable).
5. A positive attitude, energy, and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
