Key Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of test deliverables from initiation to completion.
Develop robust test strategies and plans, guiding teams to achieve quality outcomes.
Provide concise reports on test progress and product quality.
Lead various testing types including functional, non-functional, system integration, regression, and UAT.
Create and execute test cases using tools such as JIRA and Zephyr.
Manage defect triage, traceability matrices, dashboards, and testing documentation.
Ensure comprehensive documentation including Test Plans, Summary Reports, and Incident Logs.
Conduct SOE, Citrix, and application testing across various device types.
Coordinate printer rollout testing and device deployment validations using SCCM/MECM and JAMF.
Required Skills and Experience:
6+ years' experience in senior testing or test lead roles.
Proven ability to manage testing activities in high-pressure environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with defect management and test reporting tools like JIRA and Zephyr.
Hands-on experience with SOE testing, Citrix, SCCM/MECM, JAMF, printer/application rollout.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple project demands.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in IT or Information Systems.
ISTQB Foundation Certification or equivalent (mandatory).
