The Role
We are looking for a friendly, versatile and reliable Customer Service Officer to join our team at Stapylton. Our Customer Service team play an important part in helping to achieve the profitable sales of Adbri Masonry products by delivering superior customer service.
This 'hands on' role requires someone who has the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities. If you are process orientated or have experience in manufacturing and logistics this could be the opportunity for you.
This is a permanent, full-time position with flexibility required to work rotating shifts between 6.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
* Process data into SAP
* Deliver a high level of customer service
* Process customer orders
* Process customer returns/credits
* Coordinate deliveries
* Assist Despatch in processing driver paperwork
* Process special Made to Order product (MTO) orders
* Ensure safety, health and environmental standards are maintained
What you will need to succeed
* Effective communication skills
* Ability to always operate in a friendly and skilled manner
* Willingness to be part of a dynamic team
* Ability to prioritise and think on your feet
* Demonstrated high level computer skills
* SAP experience is desirable
